Lemon
The Lemon (Citrus x lemon) is a species small evergreen tree that continues to grow throughout the year and does not shed its leaves in winter. The juice of the lemon is about 5% to 6% citric acid and has a pH of 2.2 and therefore has a sour taste. Lemon fruits, which are grown in temperate climates and carry essential oil, are mostly produced in regions such as India, South America, Southeast Asia, California, Aegean and Mediterranean.

Using the most modern agricultural techniques, we grow products with high efficiency and quality together with our expert teams and agricultural engineers. By keeping quality and customer satisfaction at the forefront, we produce lemons using environmentally friendly good agricultural methods, both in our own orchards, and according to the need, we carefully harvest them from the orchards that grow quality lemons in the region during the harvest period and ship them to our packaging facility. In our packaging facility, the best quality lemons are selected and packed and kept ready for shipment in our cold storage facility.
